This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://ryzeme.com/ (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Ryzeme is a multi-vendor marketplace platform where products are sold by independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”).

1. Marketplace Structure

  • All products are sold by independent Vendors
  • Each Vendor sets their own return, refund, and exchange terms
  • The Platform provides technology to facilitate transactions only
  • Customers enter into a direct agreement with the Vendor at the time of purchase

2. Vendor Return Policies

Each Vendor may have their own return and refund policy, which will be clearly displayed on their product pages or store profile. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Vendor’s specific policy before placing an order.

3. Standard Marketplace Return Guidelines

Unless otherwise stated by the Vendor, the following default guidelines apply:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Some items may be non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made items

5. Shipping Costs

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact the Vendor within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide supporting photos or videos
  • Vendor determines eligibility for replacement or refund

7. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation eligibility depends on Vendor policies
  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be cancellable
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible

8. Platform Role in Disputes

Ryzeme does not approve or reject returns or refunds. However, we may facilitate communication, review disputes for policy compliance, and take action against Vendors who violate marketplace standards.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Customers should contact the Vendor before initiating chargebacks
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or restrictions

10. Vendor Obligations

  • Clearly disclose return and refund policies
  • Handle requests promptly and fairly
  • Comply with consumer protection laws
  • Resolve disputes in good faith

11. International Orders

  • Return shipping may involve customs duties or taxes
  • Vendors are not responsible for customs delays
  • Refunds may exclude customs or import fees

12. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
