Vendor Code of Conduct

This Vendor Code of Conduct (“Code”) applies to all vendors (“Vendors”, “you”, “your”) using https://ryzeme.com/ (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering as a Vendor or listing products on the Platform, you agree to comply with this Code in addition to the Vendor Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and all applicable policies.

1. Purpose of This Code

  • Maintain trust and professionalism on the Platform
  • Protect customers, Vendors, and the Platform
  • Ensure fair, ethical, and lawful marketplace operations

Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent removal.

2. Professional Conduct

  • Communicate respectfully with customers and Platform staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
  • Provide honest and transparent information
  • Act in good faith during disputes
  • Harassment, abusive language, or unprofessional behavior is prohibited

3. Product Listing Standards

  • All product information must be accurate and truthful
  • Images must represent the actual product
  • Pricing must be clear with no hidden charges
  • Product availability must be kept up to date
  • False or misleading listings are not permitted

4. Legal & Compliance Obligations

  • Sell only lawful products
  • Comply with local, national, and international laws
  • Meet product safety and labeling requirements
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Counterfeit or restricted products are prohibited

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Process orders within stated handling times
  • Use reliable shipping methods
  • Provide accurate tracking details when available
  • Notify customers promptly of delays

Repeated shipping failures may lead to penalties.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Clearly disclose return, refund, and cancellation policies
  • Handle requests fairly and within reasonable timelines
  • Comply with consumer protection laws
  • Honor approved refunds without unnecessary delay

7. Customer Data & Privacy

  • Use customer data solely for order fulfillment and support
  • Protect personal data using reasonable security measures
  • Do not sell, misuse, or unlawfully share customer data
  • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws

Data misuse is grounds for immediate termination.

8. Platform Integrity

  • Do not manipulate or falsify reviews
  • Do not incentivize reviews improperly
  • Do not bypass Platform systems or safeguards
  • Do not move transactions outside the Platform

9. Fair Competition

  • Compete fairly and ethically
  • Avoid price manipulation or collusion
  • Do not harm other Vendors through false claims

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent practices
  • Misrepresentation of identity or business
  • Uploading malicious content or malware
  • Using the Platform for illegal activities

11. Monitoring & Enforcement

  • Monitor Vendor activity
  • Investigate complaints or violations
  • Issue warnings or corrective actions
  • Suspend or terminate Vendor accounts

12. Penalties for Violations

  • Warning notices
  • Temporary suspension
  • Removal of listings
  • Withholding of payouts where permitted
  • Permanent account termination

13. Reporting Violations

Violations may be reported by customers, Vendors, or administrators via:

14. Amendments

We may update this Code at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

This Code is governed by the laws of the United States.
