Ryzeme Guide For Sellers

🛍️ Seller Onboarding & Product Listing

High-Level Guidelines: How Products Can Be Listed on Ryzeme

This guide explains the onboarding flow, required documents, timelines, and common challenges for brands that want to list on Ryzeme. It’s designed to help you prepare everything upfront so your listing goes live smoothly.

How to List Your Brand — Step-by-Step

1

Submit Brand Information

Approximate approval time: 7–10 working days

  • Submit brand and company details via Ryzeme’s “Sell on Ryzeme” portal
  • Provide brand ownership documents, website or social links, and an official email address
  • After review and approval, a seller account is created for the next steps
2

Provide Required Documentation

Keep scans updated, clear, and labelled

  • GST and PAN details
  • Cancelled cheque and bank account verification
  • Trademark registration or brand authorisation certificate
  • Address proof for warehouse or office
  • A seller agreement is shared covering commission, returns, and operational policies
📄 Seller Agreement

Review carefully before signing — it defines the commercial relationship, responsibilities, and how returns and commissions will be handled.

3

Warehouse or Fulfilment Setup

Each fulfilment point verification: 5–7 business days

Brands can ship orders directly from their own warehouse using self-fulfilment or opt for Ryzeme fulfilment services.

  • Register your storage location or locations
  • Provide packaging samples
  • Meet Ryzeme logistics and safety standards
4

Catalogue Creation and Product Upload

Listings go live after catalogue review and approval

Upload products in the seller dashboard. Each product typically requires:

  • A unique SKU
  • High-quality images
  • Detailed description and usage information
  • MRP and selling price
  • Stock availability
🔌 Integrations for larger brands

Inventory can be managed via API integrations using platforms such as Fynd or Unicommerce to reduce manual work and prevent stock mismatches.

5

Go Live and Manage Orders

Typical settlement: 8–10 days after successful delivery

  • Products appear on the Ryzeme marketplace after activation
  • Orders are tracked and processed via the seller panel
  • Returns, replacements, and cancellations follow Ryzeme seller policies
  • Policies prioritise authenticity and customer experience

Brand registration is generally free, but brands should plan for indirect costs like product photography, packaging, and integration if used.

Common Challenges

  • Approval delays: Verification may take longer if documents are incomplete or unclear
  • Catalogue quality: Poor images or inconsistent product details often lead to rejections
  • Compliance checks: Products must meet safety, labelling, and authenticity standards
  • Margins: Higher commissions can reduce profitability for smaller brands

Tips for Smooth Onboarding

  • Keep all documents scanned, updated, and clearly labelled before applying
  • Invest in high-quality product photography to improve listing approval chances
  • Use integration software to avoid inventory mismatches
  • Read the seller agreement thoroughly before signing
  • Start with a limited product range, test performance, then expand

Beyond Onboarding — What Happens Next

Once your brand is live, maintaining performance becomes critical. Ryzeme typically tracks order fulfilment, customer feedback, and cancellation rates. Poor performance or repeated customer complaints may lead to temporary suspension.

🏪 Ryzeme Brand Store

Eligible brands can apply for a Ryzeme Brand Store with custom layouts, storytelling, and marketing placements. This is usually reserved for established or premium partners.
