2. Vendor Responsibilities (Mandatory)

• Product sourcing, quality, and legality
• Accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Order processing, packaging, and shipping
• Customer communication and support
• Handling returns, refunds, and cancellations
• Compliance with applicable laws and taxes

The Platform does not assume liability for Vendor operations.

3. Payments, Fees & Payouts

• Payments are processed via third-party gateways
• Platform commissions or service fees are disclosed separately
• Payouts are subject to verification and adjustments
• Payment gateway charges are Vendor responsibility

4. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Clearly define return and refund policies
• Resolve customer disputes in good faith
• Failure to handle disputes may result in penalties
• Platform may intervene only for policy enforcement

5. Shipping Obligations

• Responsible for shipping timelines and accuracy
• Delivery estimates must be realistic
• International orders may involve customs delays
• Responsible for lost or damaged shipments

6. Customer Data & Privacy

• Use customer data only for fulfillment and support
• Protect personal data and comply with privacy laws
• Data misuse may result in immediate termination

Violation may lead to enforcement actions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspend or terminate Vendor accounts
• Remove listings
• Withhold payouts where legally permitted
• Take action without notice for serious violations

9. No Platform Guarantees

• No guarantee of sales volume
• No guarantee of traffic or customer acquisition
• No guarantee of profitability

Success depends on Vendor products, pricing, service quality, and compliance.

10. Acceptance & Acknowledgement

• You understand this is a vendor-driven marketplace
• You accept full responsibility for your business
• You agree to all Platform policies
• You waive claims for Vendor-controlled matters
